The Ridewell Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all Ridewell program operations. This position supports patients and ensures they are prepared for their trips and are appropriately matched with volunteer drivers. Collaboration with hospital and community agencies integral to ensuring patient transportation needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.

• Associates Degree in Human Services related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two years’ experience in scheduling/coordinating events or activities involving a customer base.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare system preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required to deal with patients from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with both internal and external contacts.
• Basic Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
