Citizens Teller

. Salary starts at $19.00 per hour and can rise to $22.30 per hour. The position is full‑time and requires a blend of customer service, technical support, and financial transaction handling.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in the lobby and establish a welcoming environment.
  • Advise customers on using the mobile app, ATMs, and other digital banking tools.
  • Assists with simple transactions, providing personalized financial guidance.
  • Identify and discuss customers’ financial goals, directing them to appropriate Banker support.
  • Educate customers on Citizens products and benefits, answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Follow all financial policies, procedures, cash-handling protocols, and applicable state and local regulations.

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months of transaction processing experience (cash and/or digital).
  • Minimum 1 year of customer‑experience experience recommending products.
  • Strong listening, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Customer‑centric focus and ability to build long‑term relationships.
  • Comfortable with digital technology to support business goals.
  • Willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Complete a video interview assessment within 7 days of receiving the link.
Preferred Skills / Experience
  • 1 year of transaction processing experience.
  • Motivation to collaborate with teammates, business partners, and specialists.
  • Process‑oriented, energetic, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking.
Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per week: 40
  • Work schedule varies with branch needs; may include weekends and evenings.
Pay Transparency

The salary range is $19.00 - $22.30 per hour, based on work location and experience.
