• Patient Mix: 85% PPO, 15% FFS
• Facilities:
  • 17 operatories, with 2 reserved for the new provider
  • 8 doctor chairs, 9 hygiene chairs
  • Equipped with CBCT, iTero, and Cerec technology
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Thursday – Enjoy a long weekend every week!

• Compensation:
  Strong minimum guarantee plus a percentage of collections
• Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
