Job Description

When the school day ends, Tapestry begins, and we're looking for Group Leaders to inspire youth with rich learning. You'll have your own group of kids and room to be creative. You'll plan the enrichment activities, cheer on each child's progress, and make afternoons something kids look forward to.

  • Get to know each child and shape activities around their interests
  • Guide a team of assistants and aides in your classroom
  • Help with homework, reading, and math in a relaxed, encouraging space
  • Lead field trips, recess, snack, and dismissal
  • Share positive moments with families at the end of each day
Why you'll love it:
  • Afternoon hours that follow the school calendar, plus a 6–7 week full-day summer camp
  • Your mornings stay free
  • Ongoing training and professional development, compensated
  • Creative freedom, backed by a supportive Site Coordinator and administrative team
What you'll bring:
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Experience working with kids in a school or childcare setting
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification, or willingness to get it
  • Kindness, patience, and a knack for getting kids excited
