We’re looking for a strong, proactive Supply Chain Manager who knows how to lead a team, build supplier relationships, solve problems before they become emergencies, and keep materials moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Several years of supply chain management experience AND proven experience directly managing a team of employees. This is a senior-level position and is intended only for candidates with substantial, hands‑on experience in both areas. Please do not apply if you've only been a purchasing/buyer/data analyst.

- Build contingency plans that keep our supply chain moving when things don't go according to plan
This position reports directly to our General Manager and plays a major role in both the day‑to‑day operation and long‑term direction of our supply chain.
Who We’re Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you're the person who:
Takes initiative. Holds people accountable. Negotiates hard. Builds relationships. Loves solving problems. And gets things done.
Ideally, you'll bring:

- Experience leading and developing a purchasing team
- Strong knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, material planning, and strategic sourcing
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- ERP/MRP and Excel experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we’re most interested in what you can actually bring to the table
At Kalow, you won't be buried under layers of corporate red tape. You'll have the opportunity to make decisions, implement better processes, build your team, and see the impact of your work.
If you're looking for a supply chain leadership role where you can truly take ownership and make things better, we want to talk to you.
