Benefits Package- Competitive Compensation – target compensation $56,530 annually, based on an hourly rate of $22.19 plus overtime for a 46‑hour workweek.

Responsibilities- Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert while learning the business from day one.
- Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
- Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
- Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
- Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, service/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
- Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
- Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
- Authorized to work in the United States and no need for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations).
- At least 18 years old.
- Read, write, and speak English.
