This position is located at 131 S. Main Street, Rutland, VT 05701.

• Competitive Compensation – target compensation $56,530 annually, based on an hourly rate of $22.19 plus overtime for a 46‑hour workweek.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, service/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
• Authorized to work in the United States and no need for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations).
• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and speak English.
