Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other daily tasks.
• Report changes in patient and resident condition, and any patient or family concerns or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved certified nursing assistant program.
