Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Rutland, Vermont (Local Candidates Only)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shifts Available: Day Shift & Night Shift

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at a respected Skilled Nursing Facility in Rutland, VT
. This is an excellent opportunity for local CNAs who are committed to providing high-quality care and support to residents in a long-term care environment. We are hiring for both day and night shift positions.

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

Provide support with feeding and meal service

Take and record vital signs, weights, and other observations as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members

Promote a clean, safe, and supportive environment for all residents

Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff

Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Current CNA certification in the state of Vermont (required)

Must be a local candidate (no travel or relocation assistance provided)

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Dependable and compassionate with a strong work ethic

Full-time and part-time schedules available

Weekend and holiday rotation may be required
