8-hour day shift (6:45am - 3:15pm), 40 hours per week.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Psychiatry unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mental health nursing and demonstrate the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.

• Provide nursing care for psychiatric patients, ensuring safety and security.
• Implement and evaluate care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Engage in therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques as necessary.

• Current RN licensure.
• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Nationally recognized de-escalation certification (AVADE, CPI, PRO-Act, MOAB, etc.) required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred.
