CNA – LTC​/SNF

Job Summary:

Provides essential patient care and support in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings. Ensures the well-being and comfort of residents while adhering to facility policies and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to clinical staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure proper resident hygiene.
• Document care activities accurately and timely.
• Support team members in delivering quality resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification/license in the state of employment.
• Proven experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Ability to lift, move, and position residents safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own reliable transportation.
• Ability to work every other weekend with flexible scheduling.
