Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, collaborating with patients and families, and providing holistic, evidence-based care. Requirements include licensed RN in Vermont, BLS, and unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC) as applicable, with BSN preferred and prior nursing
