Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long Term Care

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care travel assignment in Rutland, Vermont. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 4-week engagement with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $696 to $720 per week. Shift is an evening schedule (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) in a skilled nursing facility setting. • Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to long-term care residents according to the plan of care
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects, documenting administration accurately
• Perform routine assessments, monitor resident status, and report significant changes to the nursing team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to coordinate care, safety, and discharge planning as appropriate
• Maintain patient safety and infection control practices; ensure accurate charting and documentation in the electronic health record
• Respond promptly to resident needs and assist with activities of daily living as assigned

• Active LPN license in good standing (state‑specific; VT licensure preferred or eligible)
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Minimum ability to work the evening shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) and meet the guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Relevant experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting is preferred
• Ability to pass background check and health clearance per facility policy
• Current CPR/BLS certification
