Bartender

Flynn Group, the largest Applebee’s franchise operator in the world, is seeking an Applebee’s Bartender to provide an outstanding bar experience in a fun and flexible environment.

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established standards.
• Deliver friendly service to staff and customers and create a great bar experience.
• Work hard, but enjoy the job and have a great time doing it.

• At least 21 years old (per state law).
• Effective communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Commitment to making an impact.
• Ability to remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four (4) hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform other physical tasks outlined below.

• Remain stationary and mobile for up to four (4) hours.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and use disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout shift.
