Insurance Sales, Sales Representative
Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our most important focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and giving agents the training and support needed to achieve success.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week — Reach out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and schedule a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4‑5 hours per week — Dig into client‑provided information to customize options for death or disability coverage.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week — Meet clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help apply for coverage.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week — Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Compensation & BenefitsCommissions are the primary source of income. The average commission for a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family protected. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, agents have access to supplemental financial products such as retirement savings plans and protection against market downturns. Uncapped commission and a competitive bonus structure with incentive trips based on individual and team results.
