The Melanson Company, a Tecta America Company, is seeking an entry level roofer to join our Rutland, Vermont team. Under the foreman, you will assist with installation, maintenance and repair of EPDM, TPO and PVC roofing systems.
No prior roofing experience is required; we will train the right individuals. Candidates must be able to lift 25+ lbs, work outdoors in all weather, and demonstrate reliability and good communication. This role offers safety training and opportunities for career growth.
