Full Training for this position will be provided
PiP send mystery shoppers to visit or call stores and dealerships across the UK, experiencing the levels of customer service and reporting back to PiP on their shopping experience. The job of a Quality Controller is to edit the videos/calls and score the experience against a pre-defined questionnaire at PiP HQ.
Duties include:- Quality Control mystery shop evaluations
- Monitor the performance of the mystery shoppers
- Report any issues to the appropriate Manager/Supervisor
- Use PiP’s bespoke internal management software to record results and attach media
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail with good time management
- The ability to work autonomously
- Good communication skills
- £12.21 per hour

Office hours are generally Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the possibility of overtime. PiP operate a weekly rota and can be flexible with hours.
This position is offered on a flexible hours basis due to fluctuations in workload during quieter periods throughout the year (such as over the Christmas period).
Following the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, the role will be formally reviewed, with the opportunity to move onto guaranteed contracted hours, subject to business needs and performance.
