Pay Rate: £13.84 per hour

Shift Pattern:
Rotating shifts (Week 1: 06:00-14:00, Week 2: 14:00-22:00 – shifts rotate weekly)
Pay Frequency:
Weekly or monthly pay available
Parking:
On-site parking available
Pertemps Isle of Wight is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing facility based in Ryde. This is a hands‑on role supporting key production processes within a busy industrial environment.
Main duties will include:- Sanding metal components
- Shot blasting
- Grinding and finishing work
- Supporting production teams to meet quality and safety standards
- General production support tasks as required
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
- Able to work as part of a team in a production environment
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial
Competitive hourly rate of £13.84
