Global Business Adoption & Change Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Business Adoption & Change Consultant to support the global implementation of our new ERP and HCM platform across approximately 20 countries. The role focuses on ensuring successful business adoption through change management, training, and standardized documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business change management by translating project deliverables into clear business impacts for different user groups.
• Develop and maintain a Global Business Dictionary containing standardized terminology and business definitions.
• Coordinate onboarding for new users, including role-based learning paths.
• Identify, assess, and support Key Users in collaboration with business leads.
• Lead the Train-the-Trainer approach by coaching Key Users to become effective local trainers.
• Develop and maintain practical training materials, with a primary focus on:
  • Short instructional videos (3–5 minutes)
  • One-page work instructions / Quick Reference Guides
• Support key users in creating high-quality training content as needed, ensuring a consistent global approach.
• Support communication activities and monitor business readiness throughout the implementation.

Required Profile

• 5+ years of experience in change management, business adoption, or learning and development within international transformation programs.
• Experience with ERP and/or HCM implementations
• Proven experience with train-the-trainer methodologies.
• Strong content creation skills, particularly for concise video-based learning and simple user documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.

The successful candidate ensures that users understand the new ways of working, that Key Users become confident trainers, that training materials are consistent and easy to understand, and that business terminology is standardized globally, enabling a smooth adoption of our new systems landscape across all countries.
