• Overseeing and enhancing our websites and systems
• Collaborating closely with two other developers and a Senior Lead Developer
• Initiating your day with a stand-up meeting alongside the Development, Design, and Marketing teams
• Addressing a myriad of tickets, predominantly centred around back-end tasks, with occasional front-end responsibilities

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevance
• An inherent ability to take the lead without hand holding
• A proactive approach with an eye for spotting potential enhancements
• Enthusiasm for the latest trends in development and e-commerce
• A heightened sense of responsibility; always at the forefront when issues arise, especially if a website goes down or indices appear outdated
