At Infinized we build digital colleagues. They answer support tickets, chase invoices, prepare reports and keep the knowledge base up to date. People stay in charge of everything that matters: approvals, budgets and a full audit trail come standard.

Many businesses meet us through someone they already trust: their IT partner, their agency, their advisor. We want those partners to love working with us.

We’re looking for the person who makes that happen.

• Find the right partners IT service providers, MSPs, digital agencies and consultancies that already have the trust of the businesses we want to help. You pick quality over quantity.
• Get them flying You take a partner from the first demo to their first customer workspace going live, with their own logo on it.
• Help them sell Demos, pitch material, and working alongside them on the deals that matter.
• Help them build Some partners want their own modules and integrations on top of the platform. You make sure they know how, and who to call.
• Be their voice inside Infinized You bring back what partners hear in the field. You also help us tell a one-off wish from something every customer needs.
• Keep an eye on the numbers Pipeline, activations, and how partner customers are really doing.

You’ve spent a few years in partner management, channel sales or alliances, ideally in B2B software.

You know a partner programme isn’t a PDF with three tiers and a logo wall. It’s relationships.

You’d rather have ten partners who sell than a hundred who signed.

You can explain AI to a CFO without using the words “revolutionary” or “game-changer”.

You don’t write code, but you don’t panic when a partner’s CTO starts talking about APIs.

You promise what the product does and then deliver it. Being trusted beats being impressive.

You’d rather have coffee at a partner’s office than send another follow-up email.

You speak Dutch and English fluently.

Bonus points if you know the Dutch IT channel, have worked with MSPs, or know your way around customer service and contact centres. Also if you once turned a lukewarm partner into your biggest fan.

€4,500 – €6,000 Gross per month for 40 hours, plus 8% holiday allowance.
