Position Overview This remote role serves as a primary point of contact for venders, clients, and partners. Representatives provide support through phone, email, and CRM platforms, while ensuring a positive client experience. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inquiries through incoming calls. • Resolve vender concerns and client issues. • Maintain accurate CRM documentation. • Escalate complex issues appropriately. • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Communicate professionally with internal and external clients. • Promote a positive vender and client experience. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Customer service, support, retail, call center, hospitality, or related experience preferred. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Computer literacy and CRM proficiency. • Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and multitasking skills. Remote Requirements • Desktop or Laptop Computer must be PC or MAC (Chromebooks, etc are not permitted) • Opera GX Browser required (Training modules not fully supported by Chrome or Internet Explorer) • Processor: i5 or newer (or Ryzen 5+) Minimum 2ghz • Minimum 8GB RAM. • High Speed Internet Access with 10MBPS Down and 2MBPS Upload or better Preferred Skills • Empathy and active listening. • Time management and self-discipline. • Adaptability. • Technical troubleshooting. • Documentation accuracy.
