Caregiver; SACH

Overview

Caregiver (SACH) position at Civitas Senior Living in Sachse, TX. We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and who can provide compassionate, high-quality care.

• Personalized Care:
  Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Engagement:
  Encourage participation in community activities, provide companionship, and foster social connections.
• Supportive Tasks:
  Help with meal preparation and service, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable, home-like environment.
• Medication Management:
  Provide reminders and assist with medications as needed.

• Experience:
  
  Previous caregiving experience is beneficial, especially with individuals with dementia.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Qualities:
  Empathy, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Training:
  Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience necessary.
