As a primary‑care focused Nurse Practitioner you will provide exceptional care across all life spans, assess, diagnose, treat and educate patients while collaborating closely with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

• Diagnose, treat and educate patients across all life stages.
• Develop comprehensive, outcomes‑based treatment plans.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Counsel patients on medical, psychological and behavioral health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain current Texas RN licensure or RN licensure with compact privilege and current Texas APRN or Texas RN licensure.
• Carry Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• Hold national Nurse Practitioner certification in area of specialty.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum 2 years of primary‑care nurse practitioner experience.
• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain one).
• Certified primary‑care or family nurse practitioner.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
