This role reports directly to the Branch Manager and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals. Your responsibilities will include inventory adjustments, mill test report handling, invoicing, and more. You'll contribute to the department's success while backing co-workers and completing special projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter inventory adjustments and mill test reports
• System receiving and invoicing of materials
• Finalize material processing forms as needed
• Process credit through MRA’s to customers
• Support administrative projects assigned by management
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma required
• Detail-oriented, with strong data entry skills
• Flexibility and a customer service mindset
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
• Strong communication and organizational skills
