As part of the team reporting to the Director of Administrative Services, you will navigate various responsibilities, including assisting with student services and managing documentation.
Your role is vital in coordinating departmental meetings while ensuring compliance and confidentiality in all administrative tasks. You’ll also facilitate inventory and budget management across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in data entry, document management, and record keeping
• Schedule meetings and organize departmental events
• Serve students needing administrative services effectively
• Oversee procurement and update inventory records
• Track budget expenditures and prepare necessary reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience preferred
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient with office productivity tools
• Customer service-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 25 kg
