As an Onsite Scheduler, your focus will be on providing high-quality responses to customer and technician inquiries, confirming appointments, and maintaining effective communication among teams. You’ll manage multiple tasks under pressure while fostering positive interactions within the service group, promoting collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule customer services efficiently
• Communicate directly with technicians about their routes
• Assist technicians with logistical support as needed
• Address significant issues and escalate them to management
• Promote a positive service team atmosphere
Requirements:
• 1+ years in customer service roles
• Scheduling or dispatching experience is advantageous
• Intermediate skills in MS Office and Google Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
