Impact the next generation as a part-time instructor in International Politics and Soviet Political History. Lead classroom discussions and inspire critical thought among students.
This role will include teaching two undergraduate courses:
Introduction to International Politics with an enrollment of 60 and Special Topics focusing on Soviet and Post-Soviet Politics. Candidates should ideally have a PhD in Political Science and previous teaching experience. Classes are scheduled for three hours each week, fostering a robust academic atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures for large undergraduate classes
• Design course curriculums and materials
• Encourage student participation and thought leadership
• Conduct evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues on course development
Requirements:
• PhD in Political Science or related field
• Teaching experience required
• Effective communication and public speaking skills
• Passion for educating students in political affairs
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment
