Emphasis is placed on the historical development and critical elements that facilitate effective group dynamics and therapeutic practices. Students will enjoy asynchronous virtual learning in a class of 35 participants, fostering an engaging educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review historical context of social group work
• Analyze therapeutic factors in group settings
• Introduce fundamental clinical work theories
• Engage students in dynamic virtual discussions
• Support application of group skills in practice
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent
• Proven teaching experience required
• Submission of teaching dossier preferred
