Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient eligibility and contraindications for therapies

• Educate patients on their treatment plans and medications

• Monitor and document patient responses to therapies

• Participate in quality improvement and medication audits

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid provincial license

• Minimum of 2 years nursing practice, preferably in infusion

• Certification in infusion administration preferred

• Valid CPR certification

• Degree or equivalent nursing education
