HR Generalist

This is a remote-native opportunity for a HR Generalist to build the reporting and models that guide a business. The structure is built for growth: $62,000 - $90,000 now, business ownership soon, and an Investment Advisory Group ladder that keeps adding rungs.

• Define success metrics for business programs and report on outcomes
• Build the 4-quarter view that survives contact with reality
• Build financial models that forecast revenue, margin, and cash flow
• Optimize the supply chain to balance cost, speed, and reliability
• Identify growth opportunities in the Portland, ME market and beyond
• Stand up the operating cadence that keeps Portland, ME teams rowing the same direction

• A teammate's instinct to unblock others before yourself
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• Prior experience working on-site in Portland, ME, or willingness to relocate
• Fluency across Adaptability and Benefits Administration, with strong opinions on both
• Relentlessly curious problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
• Comfortable owning projects from concept through delivery

Long before business was fashionable, Investment Advisory Group was already solving it for businesses scattered across ME. At Investment Advisory Group, asking for a day off doesn't require a doctor's note or a guilt trip.

Here in Portland, you'll enjoy $62,000 - $90,000, commuter benefits, and a mentor matched to your business ambitions.

Re-confirmed open this morning, the mid-level seat at Investment Advisory Group stays available.
