Responsibilities- Assemble components into sub-assemblies and perform final assembly of Aircraft and Crew-served weapons.
- Maintain, set‑up and operate a variety of equipment such as arbor and hydraulic straightening presses, paint.
- Follow established company directives and policies, military specifications, process sheet operations, and instructions.
- Ensure appropriate interchange of sub‑assembly components through a constant awareness of required tolerance and fit of mating parts.
- Use precision functional gages, alignment and work‑holding fixtures, pneumatic tools, drill presses, riveters, etc.
- Perform fitting and rework tasks such as grinding, filling, drilling, etc.
- Use hand tools such as pneumatic and hand type abrasive tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, mallets, etc.
- Must have physical ability to lift, move, adjust, etc. items weighing approximately 35 lbs. on a production basis.

- Employees must have basic computer skills and may be required to enter and verify information into written forms or database(s) as appropriate.
- Average 18 months. Includes over 1 year through 2 years.
