• Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success.
• Engage in team activities according to team standards.
• Attend weekly one‑on‑one coaching, training sessions, and partner calls.
• Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties.
• Negotiate offers for your clients.

• Hold a valid real estate license.
• 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred).
• Have a natural drive and competitive edge in sales.
• Excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions.
• Familiar with prospecting, generating and nurturing leads.
• Communicate effectively and dedicated to providing excellent service.
• Enjoy working as part of a team.
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Open to learning scripts and dialogues.
