Shift Managers with previous McDonald’s Management Experience and Opening and/or Closing availability earn up to $19 / hour. Shift Managers with limited availability earn up to $18 / hour. Flexible scheduling will accommodate your schedule and availability.

• Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Perform tasks such as planning shifts, monitoring performance, taking actions to maintain McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager.
• May be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fast paced McDonald’s environment.
