Parts and Accessories Specialist

Pete's RV Center is excited to invite applications for the role of Parts & Accessory Specialist. As a vital part of our team, you will help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV needs while ensuring a customer‑first approach.

• Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in‑person, over the phone, and via email.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management.
• Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly.
• Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders.
• Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive.
• Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized.
• Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks.

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Experience in retail or parts sales is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems.
• Detail‑oriented, with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift products and manage physical inventory tasks.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Saturday availability required

Pay: $45,000-$60,000/ per year including a monthly work performance incentive.
