We're seeking a motivated and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to support our growing accounting team. This is a fully onsite role where you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth financial operations and vendor relationships.

What You'll Do

• Process and code invoices using Concur
• Manage lab invoice workflows through Dentira
• Monitor and respond to department emails
• Organize and review monthly documentation from dental offices
• Handle vendor payments via credit card and maintain communication
• Reconcile invoices and process uploads in Excel
• Support additional AP functions as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree not required)
• Familiarity with Concur is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
