We are preparing for a major ERP system implementation scheduled for Q1 2026 and are seeking a skilled accounting professional to support our Finance team during this transition. This temporary role will focus on data clean‑up, account reconciliations, and system migration testing. You will work closely with the Business Unit Controller and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to help ensure a smooth and accurate system rollout.

• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and assist with month‑end close
• Review, clean, and validate financial data for ERP migration readiness
• Support data mapping from legacy systems to the new ERP structure
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and flag data or process issues
• Assist in documenting new processes, procedures, and internal controls
• Coordinate with shared services teams on AP/AR data alignment
• Maintain audit‑ready records throughout the migration process
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and operational accounting support as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2‑5 years of accounting experience, including GL and reconciliations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation)
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in manufacturing
• Prior involvement with ERP implementation or major system upgrades
• Familiarity with Infor Visual, Sage, or similar ERP platforms
• Strong communication skills and a proactive problem‑solving mindset
