Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. We are looking for a CPA or EA with a strong background in tax and a passion for client service.
Responsibilities- Lead and mentor team members with professionalism and guidance.
- Manage and review complex tax work.
- Support and advise clients on tax matters and financial goals.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to maintain a high-quality, client-focused environment.
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) required.
- 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in tax.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft products, Drake, Quick Books, and Xero.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work 100% onsite.
Dental, life, medical, paid time off, retirement, vision, and 401(k). Compensation: $85k to $95k but negotiable DOE. Potential for a bonus based on company performance.
