Master
• Care, Inc. is a Managed Services Organization (MSO) created exclusively to bridge medical and non‑medical services under California’s new CalAIM program. We provide Enhanced Care Management, Housing Navigation, and Nursing Facility Transition.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding billing and account issues.
• Process payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records in the accounting system.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and provide solutions to customer concerns.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent experience or certification in accounting or finance preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service and accounting roles.
• Experience with Quick Books or other similar accounting software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Starting Pay: $24-$26 per hour
