Accounts Receivable Specialist

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Invoice Management:
  Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Payment Tracking:
  Monitor incoming payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
• Collections:
  Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Reconciliation:
  Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting:
  Generate regular AR aging reports and provide insights to management.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Customer Support:
  Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
