Mission Linen Supply is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk. This person has a high attention to detail, strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task with minimal error.

Base pay range$20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesWrites, types, and enters information into computer to prepare correspondence, statements, receipts, or other documents, placing collections calls to customers, and maintaining a good understanding of AR processing.
Duties and Responsibilities Data Entry- Keying daily invoices
- Preparing invoices and trip packs for delivery drivers
- Filing invoices
- Invoice retention
- Deposit entries, segregation of duties
- Collection calls to customers to collect past‑due amounts
- Answers telephones and enters CRMs (Customer Relations Management)
- Mail distribution
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2 years administrative experience
Skills And Abilities
- Typing speed of 40-45 wpm
- Experience working in Accounts Receivables/Collections
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge a plus!
