We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to perform financial analysis, reporting, and auditing functions. The ideal candidate will compile financial data, prepare journal entries, and support organization-wide financial reports while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

• Conduct P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Tax, and Reconciliation analyses.
• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in preparing annual comprehensive financial reports and quarterly interest allocations.
• Perform audit functions and review internal reports for accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial records in ACCESS databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate on process improvements and written procedure documentation.

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including:
  • General ledger management and month-end close.
  • Auditing and financial reconciliation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, ACCESS).
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration (Accountancy concentration).
