We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and support the overall financial health of the organization.

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor incoming payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate regular AR aging reports and provide insights to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
