Accounts Receivable/ Collections, Accounting Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and support the overall financial health of the organization.
Base pay range$25.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Monitor incoming payments and update customer accounts accordingly.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate regular AR aging reports and provide insights to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Quick Books).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
