Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00

Must be 21 years old.

  • Understanding of basic office equipment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Job Duties
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Offer guests and visitors refreshments such as water and coffee.
  • The answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • General office filing.
  • Maintain and update record tracking documents (when needed).
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Deposit daily checks following the company’s procedures, including updating Daily Cash.
  • Order front office supplies, and kitchen supplies and keep an inventory of stock and uniforms.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.
  • Assist administration with month-end close procedures.
  • Create customer PO.
  • Take supply order calls from job site personnel.
  • Place supply orders to vendors.
  • Other duties as required.
