our title examiners utilize extensive experience in real estate records, forms, and practices. You will be abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records as well as entering the owners, lienholders, as well as any other parties of interest into our title reporting system.
relevant experience with california counties is required.

you must have:

• at least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
• solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with title point is a huge plus)
• high competence in computer applications including full microsoft suite (especially ms excel
  ) and internet searching
• comfort with pdf studio pro, adobe acrobat and a paperless work environment
• strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the english language
