Responsibilities- Create, edit, and format client financial statements, reports, and letters, including finalizing reports with the firm’s signature.
- Upload reports for retention and issue authorized dockets.
- Provide engagement teams with final encrypted and unsecured PDFs of financial statements, reports, and letters for client issuance.
- Forward print support requests to the Office Experience production team through Job Track.
- Develop headers, footers, subheadings, fonts, and page numbering; proof edits and formatting for accuracy and quality.
- Promote a teaming culture, leveraging strengths and diverse perspectives to maintain a high‑performing team and ensuring results are achieved with minimal supervision.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful environment.
- At least three years of recent word or document processing experience in audit or financial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft 365 Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat 2020; proficiency in Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong initiative, prioritization, interpersonal, and analytical skills; capacity to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi‑task and support engagement teams concurrently.
- Track record of delivering exceptional virtual document processing support and customer service in a team‑based setting.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; KPMG does not sponsor employment‑based visas.
