** Caliber Auto Glass is seeking an entrepreneurial General Manager to lead our Sacramento market and help expand into bordering markets.  This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who wants to build, influence strategy, and scale a business. You’ll oversee operations, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration while partnering with senior leadership on market expansion.

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, OEM standards, insurance guidelines, and safety requirements
* Partner with leadership on market expansion, staffing, and production planning
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience
** Requirements:
*** 3 + Auto Glass Experience
* 3+ years management experience in automotive or mobile service operations
* Strong operational and financial expertise
* Valid driver’s license and insurable
* Pass pre-employment screenings (background & MVR)
** Skills & Abilities:
*** Knowledge of estimates, repair, scanning, and OEM procedures
* Leadership, communication, and customer service skills
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, and reach
