Stress Free Auto Care is redefining the auto repair experience by delivering exceptional service with honesty, transparency, and convenience. Our mission is to make auto care a stress-free, trustworthy experience for everyone. We are expanding from 22 locations to 45+ by 2026 and are looking to add experienced automotive technicians who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Open Positions:

BONUS:

• SMOG Inspection Cert - $3000
• A Tech - $24K (Paid over 12 months)
• B Tech - $18K (Paid over 12 months)
• C Tech/Tire Tech - $10K (Paid over 12 months)

Base Hourly Pay

• A Level
  : 7-10+ years of experience
  • $40-$50/hr + performance bonus
• B Level
  : 2-7 years of experience
  • $32-$45/hr + performance bonus
• C Level
  : 6 months-2 years of experience
  • $25-$32/hr + performance bonus
• Additional: $24-$27/hr + performance bonus
