Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with physicians and practice management teams to drive business outcomes and ensure success with MDVIP solutions.
- Develop & execute practice success & growth strategies, including business plans, measurable result programs, onboarding & continuous training, and trusted advisor & consultative engagement.
- Lead proactive physician & staff engagement through consistent communication (in-person visits, calls, texts, emails) and operational best practices & adoption to enhance productivity, service quality, and membership retention.
- Manage territory & account growth with strategic territory planning, risk mitigation, structured visit & engagement cadence, cross‑functional collaboration, and influence & leadership in practice success initiatives.
- Maintain accountability & performance excellence by tracking key metrics, logging progress in CRM (Salesforce), reporting milestones, committing to professional growth, demonstrating operational excellence & responsiveness, and driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building relationships, offering helpful advice, staying calm in stressful situations, handling tough conversations honestly, working collaboratively, and driving results efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three (3) years related work experience in account management.
- One (1) year related work experience in sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Outlook, intermediate Excel & Word, basic PowerPoint).
- Experience working in healthcare, medical sales, or clinic operations.
- Experience with travel & expense reporting tools, mapping software, and CRM systems.
- Competitive compensation:
