The Atlas Operations Specialist owns the nuts and bolts of Atlas customer licenses, getting them set up quickly, keeping them accurate, and renewing them on time. Build simple automations that streamline workflows and reduce errors. Serve as the connective tissue between Customer Success, Audience Delivery, and Finance. Run a clear reporting cadence that tracks and publishes Atlas-wide metrics, including active licenses, renewal pipeline, budget versus plan, utilization, and more, so leaders can see status and act quickly.

You are a systems-minded operations professional who enjoys owning workflows, keeping information accurate, and ensuring work moves smoothly across teams. You thrive at the intersection of process, reporting, and coordination, and take pride in building operations that help others move faster with confidence.

This is a hybrid position. You will work from our Sacramento office 3 days per week. Enjoy weekly team lunches and collaboration with a team of savvy digital public affairs professionals. Atlas is a customer service organization for advocacy campaigns which means the work may require early morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Expectations & Core Activities
  • Customer License Administration:
    Own the setup, maintenance, and renewal of Atlas customer licenses, ensuring records, budgets, dates, and documentation are accurate and up to date across systems.
  • Project & Budget Management:
    Stand up and maintain projects in Harvest/Forecast, track time and budget performance, and flag issues early to support accurate billing and financial reporting.
  • Process, Automation & Reporting:
    Improve operational workflows through documentation, automation, and clear reporting, including maintaining key metrics on licenses, renewals, and performance.
  • Cross-Team Coordination:
    Act as the day-to-day operational partner to Customer Success Audience Managers, and Executives providing clear status updates, checklists, and timely support.
Desired Experience & Skills
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role (SaaS or adtech preferred)
  • Comfortable working in systems such as Harvest/Forecast (or similar), Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and lightweight automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or Google Apps Script)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of reliable follow-through
  • Ability to document processes clearly and manage multiple work streams at once
  • Bonus:
    Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, Stack Adapt) or data onboarding tools (e.g., Live Ramp)
