Job Description
Overall responsibility for the region’s sales, third party alliances, and customer satisfaction. Develops and implements a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle’s opportunities across all products and product lines.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a team of sales representatives, including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process.
- Sell and promote Oracle products to customers
Deposary, negotiating price, concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale. - Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division.
- Build working relationships with license, consulting, and education field managers in the territory to develop joint account plans.
- Develop and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue, generating and achieving monthly territory forecasts and accurately predicting revenue.
- Manage escalation and conduct weekly progress meetings with the sales team.
- Minimum five years of sales or sales management experience within the technology industry.
- Ability to hire, train, and retain sales representatives.
- Strong customer satisfaction resolution skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, effective written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills with ability to handle price and concessions.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution abilities.
Certain U.S. customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.
Salary Range and BenefitsUS:
Hiring range in USD $121,000 certificat $232,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
